Meet Our Philadelphia team

Jackie is a graduate of our school and loves the fashion and beauty industry. She is passionate about the school and the students’ success. A great day for her is hearing a student, on the day of their graduation, talk about how completing those 1250 hours was the greatest achievement of their life and how they are moving on to become the greatest success they can possibly be.

Rebecca has been in the industry for 30 years, and her passion is still going strong. From owning her own salon, to teaching Cosmetology for 26 years, to being a Director of Education for 10, Rebecca’s in-depth experience give her the perfect insights to be a great Education Leader at The Beauty Institute.

Ryan has spent the past 8 years as a Leader in the Beauty Industry, inspiring fearlessness and celebrating all kinds of beauty in the world of Sephora. She has grown to love the ability to make a positive impact on someone’s day with the stroke of a brush or introducing them to a product that will enhance their image. One of Ryan’s favorite quotes is from an artist she admires most, Dr. Maya Angelou: “When you get give, and when you learn teach!” 

Jacqueline has been working in the beauty and image industry since 2006 and joined The Beauty Institute in 2016.  “Our school is a creative place where everyone gets a chance to show their true artistry, for me seeing that process unfold is truly special and inspiring.  In my role as Placement Coordinator, my goal is to make your career path meaningful and exciting.”  

Natascha has been in the industry for 31 years. She has held multiple positions in the beauty industry that lead her to her true passions of education. “I believe you can become your dream, so live it everyday”

Nathan has been in the beauty industry for 18 years. His strengths are hair cutting, hair coloring, corrective coloring, and motivating students in a learning atmosphere that they find fun and adventurous. Nathan enjoys working along side with his students, and provides a phenomenal experience for his students and clients.

His favorite quote is by Dr. Suess “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”

Mallory completed the Cosmetology Program at The Beauty Institute, and loved it so much that she came back to take the Teacher Training Program! She is now an Educator here and she is passionate about preparing students for a career in a field they love.
