Meet Our Allentown team

She was one of the graduating students of The Vision Beauty Academy in 2005! As a home grown member of our team, she am very attached to the school, and finds herself in love with the culture. She just knew there was no better team that she would rather have the opportunity to be a part of! “I’m so passionate about the program we offer, and now I have the opportunity to introduce students to the school that will change their lives.”
Since graduating, she decided to further her education because she wanted to be able to introduce others to the beauty industry, which she fell in love with. Youla began the educators program at The Vision Beauty Academy in hopes of being able to do so. Because of her passion Youla completed the program and became an instructor in the beginning of 2012.
Youla has made a huge impact on anyone who comes in contact with her, and hears her personal testimony.

Litza graduated Cosmetology School in 2008, became an Educator in 2010, and then a Career Advisor in 2016… and she doesn’t regret one second of it!! Being a part of this industry has always been her passion and her family has always been her inspiration to follow her dreams.
Litza’s favorite part of her career is meeting new people and watching her students graduate and pursue successful careers in this industry. “The only time you should ever look back is to see how far you have come!”

Darin feels that being a part of this industry is very rewarding and opens the doors for multiple opportunities. She loves that she gets the opportunity every day to work in a comfortable environment and deliver great customer service to our students and guests. She is grateful that my husband has always inspired her to pursue her career!
In her time off, Darin enjoys spending it with her wonderful family.

With over 10 years in the industry, Fidel has truly been influenced for generations. His mother, sisters, and aunts were all Cosmetologists and his father, a barber. Fidel has a true passion, patience, and understanding for his students. He has a very focused and fun way of leading his students to their full potential in the industry. Fidel loves the fact that our classes allow you the ability to have hours of hands-on instruction over traditional lecture and that he is in a great team-oriented atmosphere with his co-workers. “If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.”

Marisel graduated from the Cosmetology Program and Instructor Program in Allentown. She has such a passion for educating the students, especially on different styling techniques.
Her positive attitude and ability to create a fun and comforting environment for the students allows them to excel in their technical skills.

While working for over 18 years in many reputable salons as both a stylist and manager, Michelle always enjoyed teaching and helping others which led to her love of teaching. She loves cosmetology and feels it is a very rewarding career where what you put in you will get out of it. There are so many career avenues to pursue and the possibilities are endless! “If you prove your worth by working hard and pursuing excellence, the good things in life will come” ~Steve Jobs

Sable graduated from our Stroudsburg location and loved our schools so much she decided to take our teachers program and join our Allentown team! She is most inspired by the women in her family. She grew up in the salon and has been in the modeling and pageantry industry for 22 years. She was also Miss Pennsylvania U.S. International 2014 and Top 10 at Miss U.S. International. Her favorite part about our school is the students. She loves their energy and their determination to learn.

Sherin absolutely loves working with the students and clients in our school. She always strives to share everything that she has learned along the way in her career. Her advice to anyone in this industry is to always attempt to learn something new every day! When she is away from work, she loves reading, listening to music, and spend time with her family and friends. “Always focus on the positive, avoid the negative.”
